The Super Seed breakfast bowl
With nine superb seeds to put some much needed pep in your morning step, this breakfast bowl is full of goodness and is a great source of minerals. You may not know it, but seeds really do play a leading in role in the regulation of our hormones. Not only are they a powerhouse of nutrients but they also contain fatty acids that help balance our monthly cycle such as omega 3’s found in chia seeds. We’ve included flaxseeds and pepitas to support the production of oestrogen and the omega 6 in sesame and sunflower to help support the production of progesterone. Flaxseed also contain lignans which assist in hormone regulation and soluble fibre to assist in hormone metabolism. So if you want your hormones happier than a Pharrel Williams song and a yummy start to your morning, try our super seed mix!
