RASPBERRY CHIA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4cup apple juice
- 1/2cup plain yogurt
- 1banana
- 1tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Place the raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, banana, chia seeds, and vanilla, if desired, in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
