My PHAT Question
How can motivating and encouraging people to do things that make them happy, to exercise and stay healthy. Impact them to have a happier and healthier lifestyle?
My PHAT ANSWER
My answer to my PHAT question is, that motivating and encouraging people to do the things in life that makes THEM HAPPY, to EXERCISE and to STAY HEALTHY, can have a big impact on their life, on what people do to have a happier and healthier lifestyle, because motivation helps provide a reason for people to have the drive to complete one of their lifetime goals to be happy, to exercise, to stay healthy or one of their personal goals, to make them feel happier and more confident on them self after completing their goals. Encouragement helps people by giving them support and confidence so that they can start to achieve their lifetime goals to be happy, to exercise, to stay healthy or one of their own personal goals that they have wanted to pursue for a while, to uplift their spirit to continue on completing the rest of their lifetime goals.
